Rose Thompson Brown

Rose Thompson Brown, 62, of Erie, died Thursday afternoon February 2, 2012 at UPMC Hamot following a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Erie, she was born December 16, 1949 a daughter of the late Hubert and Helen Thompson Graham.

Rose was a member of the Salvation Army and enjoyed spending time with her friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, William E. Graham; one sister, Kathy Hart; and her maternal grandparents, Fred and Eva Thompson.

Survivors include one daughter, Roseanne Prosperi of Erie; one son, Ronnie Prosperi of North Worth, FL; three brothers, John Graham of Springfield, PA, Daniel Graham of Ohio, and George Graham and his wife Theresa of Waterford; three sisters, Carol Gallardo of Newell, AL, Lori Graham of Erie, and Barbara Foy of Erie; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Zachary Butler; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will not be observed and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
