Judy Mae Albrewczynski

Judy Mae Albrewczynski, age 67 of Erie, died on Wednesday October 19, 2011 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West following an extended illness. She was born in Erie on January 7, 1944 a daughter of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth Elder DeWolf.

Judy was an avid bowler and loved to play bingo, poker and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. She also was a lover of cats and Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gregory Albrewczynski in 2006, one son; Gregory Paul Albrewczynski Jr. and one sister; Jackie Crosby.

She is survived by two children; Jeffrey Scott Albrewczynski and his wife Anita and Betsy Iaboni and her husband Gary, two grandchildren; Jennifer and Jeffrey Albrewczynski and one great-grandchild Ryan. Judy is further survived by three sisters; Gerrie Lafferty, Peggy Brown and Betty Zimmerman and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Rd. Erie, PA 16504 (Corner of East Gore Rd. and Pine Ave.) on Friday from 6:00 PM until the time of the service there at 8:30 PM.

The family would like to thank the staff from Lakeland Hospice, especially Laura, Dennis and Sharen for their genuine care.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o the funeral home.
