Ethyl M. Wilcox Corbett

Ethyl M. Wilcox Corbett, 92, of Edinboro Manor passed away Wednesday evening February 6, 2008 at Edinboro Manor. A resident of Erie since 1942, she was born in Kane, Pa on May 14, 1915 a daughter of the late Edwin and Genevieve Mae Foulkrod Wilcox.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Earle Corbett and one sister, Eva Marie Schmiedel. Survivors include one daughter, Sandra Corbett of Albion; three grandchildren, Lee Brewer and his wife Tammy Sue, Tammy Lee Mitchell and her husband David, and Randy Brewer and his wife Tammi Lynn; six great grandchildren also survive.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Road, Erie (corner of Pine Ave. and East Gore Rd.) on Friday February 8, 2008 from 12:00 until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
