Brandon Cole Hammond, 30, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on Monday June 1, 2009. He was born August 23, 1978 in West Palm Beach, FL a son of Jeff and Jill Hammond.

He attended Lake Worth Christian School and graduated from Cardinal Newman High School. Brandon always enjoyed living in the fast lane since he was born and enjoyed BMX, 4 wheeling, soccer and football. "In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles." Psalm 34:6. He was a beautiful boy who lost his way.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a daughter, Alexia; a son, Austin; one sister, Brittanne all of West Palm Beach, Florida; grandparents, Gene and Gerry Hammond of Erie, Frank and Phyllis Wright and Jack and Omira Helvie all of Florida. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held in West Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday, June 6, 2009. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Sunday at Federated Church, 11995 Main Street, East Springfield, PA 16411, at 3pm with Dr. Edward Huntley officiating.

Memorials may be made in Brandon's memory to House of Principles Recovery Residences, 5312 Northlake Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 (memo- "The Brandon Hammond Scholarship") or to WLD Ranch, 7351 Woolsey Rd., Girard, PA 16417; where all donations will be used to send kids to camp. Local arrangements by the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street.
