Russell Wetsell

Cambridge Springs – Russell Wetsell, 93, of Cambridge Springs, died Friday, October 30, 2009 at his home. He was born in Washington Twp. on date, son of the late Andrew and Alice Bierwerth Wetsell.

Russell worked as a greens keeper at Riverside Golf Course for 30 years, and was also a driver for Trask Department Store. He loved hunting and working on his trucks and tractors.

He was preceded in death by his beloved life long companion, LoisTerrill, in 2001, his brother John Wetsell and sister Dorothy Wetsell.

Survivors include his step-daughter Erma Watt, of Conneaut Lake; two grandchildren, Jay Watt of Meadville; and LouAnn Miller of Sandy Lake; sister, Charlotte Webster of Torrance, CA; and Bernice Panko of Edinboro; also many nephews and two nieces.

Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Monday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Burial will be in Edinboro Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 700 5th Ave Fl 4, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-3017.
