Lillian Kapsch Wehner

Lillian Kapsch Wehner, 86, of Edinboro, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Milcreek Manor. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 23, 1922, daughter of the late Joseph and Amelia Giandre Kapsch.

Lillian worked many years at the library at Edinboro University, and was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Raymond D. Wehner; two sons, Paul and Thomas Wehner; also five brothers and five sisters. Survivors include Lillian's four sons, Daniel Wehner and his wife Janet of Memphis, TN; Charles Wehner of Edinboro; Raymond Wehner and his wife Bridget of Bealton, VA; and Richard Wehner and his wife Kathy of San Antonio, TX, also eight grandchildren.

No calling hours will be observed.

The Glunt Funeral Home, Edinboro, an Independent Care Group Affiliate is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Burial will be in Edinboro Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Edinboro Fire Department, 125 Meadville Street, Edinboro, PA 16412.
