June Arlene McAnulty Chivari

June Arlene McAnulty Chivari, 84, of Cranesville, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, while residing at the Edinboro Manor for the past two and a half years.

She was born October 12, 1924, daughter of the late Ernest and Ida Colbert McAnulty. She previously worked at General Electric and, retired as Head Housekeeper of Best Western after 25 dedicated years in 1996.

June is preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Stephen Chivari, Jr; a son, Stephen M. Chivari; three brothers Frank, Hale and Charles McAnulty; and a sister Kathryn Lockard.

Survivors include her son, Jeffrey Chivari, of Cambridge Springs; two daughters, Virginia "Ginger" Chivari, of Cranesville; and Michelle Adams, of Saegertown; a daughter-in-law, Donna Chivari, of Cranesville; two brothers, Les McAnulty, of Arlington, TX; and Art McAnulty of Erie; also 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M. at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro. Pastor Paul Friend officiating.
