Janet Lewis Corklin Jankowiak Boulette
Janet Lewis Corklin Jankowiak Boulette, 69, of Edinboro, formerly of Apple Blossom Place, died Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Edinboro Manor. She was born in Riceville, Pa. on March 17, 1939, daughter of the late Benjamin and Opal Ross Lewis.
Janet was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Florida, she was also a security guard at the Orlando, Fla. Airport. She was a home health aide for the Visiting Nurses Association in Pa. Janet loved to play bingo and was an exceptional bowler, having bowled a 300 game.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and Ivan Sargeant, a sister, Arlene Kerr, and her beloved dog Peewee. Survivors include her two sons, John Corklin of Fla.; James Jankowiak, Jr. and his wife Pamela, of Waterford; two daughters, Janet Dodd and her husband Terry of Titusville; Tracy Ethridge and friend Bill Pifer, of Cambridge Springs; two brothers, Benjamin Lewis, Jr. and his wife Marion of, Nev.; Harold Sargeant of Sharon, Pa.; a sister Kathryn Fairchild of Cambridge Springs; nine grandchildren, Justin and Lindsay Ethridge; Keri Clough; Megan and Natalie Dodd, Jozef Jankowiak, and John, Michelle and David Corklin.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Wednesday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until the time of the service at 7:30 p.m with Pastor Stephanie Gottschalk officiating.
