Richard Lee Walters

Richard Lee Walters, 67, of McKean, died Monday, May 26, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Wetmore, PA on May 29, 1940, son of the late Joseph Arnold and May G. Lundin. Richard worked at G.E. as a CNC Machinist. He was also a member of the G. E. 506 Union for 26 years. Richard loved Nascar Racing, camping, working on cars and was truly an outdoors man.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Vicky Ann Taylor in 1983. Survivors include his beloved wife, Geraldine Ann Wurst Walters; two daughters, Jackie Richardson and her husband Dale; and Kathy Simons and her husband Clinton; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Blake and Brooke Richardson, Billy Tirpak, Ronny and Clinton Simons, Jr., and Tiffany Taylor; two great grandchildren Angelina Simons and Victoria Tirpak; also thirteen half brothers and sisters.

No calling hours will be observed. The Glunt Funeral Home, Edinboro is in charge of funeral arrangements. Memorials may be made to Edinboro Fire Department, 125 Meadville Street, Edinboro, PA 16412.
