Ronald J. Badowski

Ronald J. Badowski, 47, of Summit Township passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 12, 1963 son of the late Ronald R. and Carol A. (Brinig) Badowski.

He was a graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School. He worked for many years at Tool All as a tool and die maker and also he worked for GE Company. He was a former member of the Lakeview Country Club, the Erie Maennerchor Club where he enjoyed duckpin bowling, and he was also a member of the Slovak National Club, Moniuskzko Singing Society and the Fulton Athletic Club. He was an avid golfer, bowler, hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include a sister, Lynn Blair and husband Dale of Waterford, Pa.; three aunts: Rita Frith, husband Harold of North East, Pa., Margie Giacobello, husband Mario of Erie, and Dorothy Weaver of Ford City, Pa. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Harry H. Johns III presiding. Inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. The Edward J. Garr Funeral Home, 459 East 12th Street, Erie, PA 16503, is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to the VNA Hospice, 2253 West Grandview Boulevard, Erie, PA 16506.
