Jean M. Tynecki Pakulski

Jean M. Tynecki Pakulski, 94, of Erie died Monday, March 24, 2008 at Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge. She was born November 26, 1913, in Erie, daughter of the late Joseph and Monica Tynecki.

She was a homemaker, and enjoyed her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and reading. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Anthony Marinelli; and her second husband, Joseph R. Pakulski; two brothers, Joseph and Raymond Tynecki; and a son-in-law, Chuck Oldach. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Toni Oldach of Erie, Ruth Marinelli of Lady Lake, Fla.; and one brother, Edward Tynecki and wife, Patricia, of Millcreek. Also survived by grandchildren, Kim Casane and husband, Rick, of Ohio, Scott Oldach and wife, Kathy, and Gary Oldach, both of Erie, Mark Oldach and wife, Amy, of Fairview, Jennifer Heath of Massachusetts, Bill Heath of Wisconsin, and Mary K. Oldach of Waterford; great-grandchildren, Erin Casane, Emily Williams and husband, Justin, Maura Casane, Kelly Oldach, Christopher Oldach, Amy Oldach, Ryan Oldach, Heather Oldach, Molly Oldach and Kegan Oldach. Also step-great-grandchildren, Danielle and Tyler Wood; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at St. Stanislaus Church, 12th & Wallace Streets, from 10 a.m.. to 12 p.m. on Friday, March 28. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow viewing. Private burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests memorials be made to St. Stanislaus Church, 516 E. 13th St., Erie, PA 16503. The Edward J. Garr Funeral Home, 459 E. 12th St., Erie, PA 16503, is handling arrangements.
