Ralph Carlton "RC" Drayer

Ralph Carlton "RC" Drayer, 49, of Erie, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Hamot Medical. He was born August 27, 1957, in Erie, son of Emma Jean (Anderson) Drayer and the late Ralph Victor Drayer who died in 1987.

He worked as a Yard Foreman for Builders Support and Supply. He enjoyed family gatherings, Pittsburgh Steelers, shooting pool, spending time with grandchildren and working on cars.

Besides his wife Judith Mae Drayer, who died in 1995, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and Gary Siepple and both maternal and paternal grandparents. Survivors include his mother, Emma (Drayer) Vega and stepfather, Ceferino Vega, two daughters, Paula Carr and Erica Drayer, both of Erie, eight sisters, Jean and husband Glover, Jerri Lynn, Yvonne, Yvette and husband Shon, Jeanne, Darcie, Cindy and husband Randy, Jeannette, all of Erie, eight brothers, Ceferino and fiance' Barb of Erie, David and wife Erica of Erie, Timothy of Erie, Brian of California, Kevin of Waterford, Kurt and wife Nancy of Erie, Ralph and wife Tina of Erie, Jeffery of Erie, his girlfriend, Christine Guilford of Erie. Also survived by eight grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends may call at the Edward J. Garr Funeral Home, 459 East 12th Street, Erie, PA 16503, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Edward J. Garr Funeral Home, 459 East 12th Street, Erie, PA 16503. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Edward J. Garr Funeral Home, 459 East 12th Street, Erie, PA 16503
