Susan A. Griffiths Brown

Susan A. Griffiths Brown, 41 of East Springfield, died Wednesday September 19, 2007 at her home surrounded by her family following a brief illness. She was born in Erie, May 12, 1966, a daughter of Donald Griffiths of Erie and Patricia A. "Nana" Wozniak of East Springfield.

Susan attended the Girard High School and while in school she worked for the Gertrude Barber Center in Girard. She later worked for Rich's Products in Lake City and most recently had been employed by Hamot Medical Center as a Personal Care Assistant. She graduated from the Great Lakes Institute of Technology in Erie and served her internship in personal care at the Regional Cancer Center in Erie. She enjoyed crocheting items for her family and friends and traveling and camping with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Kenneth C. Brown, whom she married August 28, 2004 in Erie; also by a daughter, Shaina P. Bush of East Springfield; a son, John D. Bush and his wife Amanda of East Springfield; a sister, Betsy DeAngelo and her husband James of Girard; three brothers, Stephen A. Stemple and his wife Dori of Conneaut, Ohio, David G. Griffiths and his wife LeeAnn of Lake City, Michael A. Wozniak and his wife Jennifer of Girard;a half sister, Lori Griffiths of Erie; a grandson, Titus James Bush and several nieces and nephews.

No calling hours will be observed. Services will be held privately by the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Daniel R. Edder Funeral Home, Girard.
