Megan Jo Wingenbach Bailey, a Beloved Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and Granddaughter, departed us way too soon on Monday, August 16, 2010. She was born in Erie on April 16, 1975 daughter of Robert J. Wingenbach and Susan Davis Wingenbach.

Megan enjoyed reading and rollerblading, but most especially time with her children. They had fun going on outings to the zoo, playground parks and museums. Megan had attended Strong Vincent High School and then was a Flight Attendant with U.S. Airways, a job she enjoyed very much.

Besides her parents, Megan is survived by her loving husband, William "Pud" Bailey, Jr.; one daughter, Ava Jo Bailey; one son, William "Trey" Bailey III; one brother, Robert Scot Wingenbach; two half brothers, Daniel and David Wingenbach; step-mother, Vivian Wingenbach; grandparents, James and Geraldine Wingenbach; parent-in-laws, Minister William C. and Claudette Bailey, Sr., sister-in-law, Zundra M. Smith and husband Dwight; a dear cousin, Titania A. Bailey, one niece, Reana and two nephews, DaMarius and DaMarcus; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Chester and Dorothy Davis.

Friends will be received at the Dusckas Funeral Home, 536 W. 10th St. on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev. H. Murphy and Fr. John Detisch. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be designated to the family.
