Helen Anderson

Helen Anderson, age 76, of Erie, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Hamot Medical Center. She was born May 17, 1934, daughter of the late Michael and Frances Dukich.

Helen was a homemaker and was an avid bingo player. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Perry Anderson, Sr. and a son, James P. Anderson, Jr. She is survived by three children, Linda L. Anderson, Lawrence L. Anderson and Lynn M. Fowler (Kevin); a brother, Pete Dukich (Faye) of Erie; a special sister, Sophia Dietrich (Robert) of Colorado; many other brothers and sisters; grandchildren, Perry, Lisa, Marcia, Jeremy, Cassandra, Brian, Angela, Isaiah, Patrick, Corina and Jimmy; great-grandchildren, Cassandra, Desiree and Donovan; nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to attend a Funeral Service there on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment, Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Family through the funeral home.
