Peggy Becker, age 65, of Harborcreek Twp., died Friday, July 30, 2010 at her residence following a battle with lung cancer. She was born November 6, 1944 in Erie, daughter of the late James, Sr. and Alvera Lee Eisert.

Peggy was a graduate of Harbor Creek High School, Class of 1963, where she met her future husband in the 9th grade. She was an avid sports fan, especially NASCAR racing with Dale, Jr. She was also a lover of birds and an avid "yard saler". Peg most enjoyed the company of her husband and family. She will always be remembered as a fabulous wife, momma and nana.

In addition to her parents, Peg was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Eisert. Survivors include her beloved husband of 46 years, Richard Becker, and their children, Lynne Kern and her friend Nadine, Jo-Al Lonyo and her friend Ronda, and Ric Becker; two grandsons, Cody Kern and Douglas Lonyo; sisters Carole Hermann, and Danelle Osborn and her husband Steve; brothers, Whitey and Denny Eisert. Peg is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend the Funeral Service there on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
