Clarence L. "Shorty" Bagley

Clarence L. "Shorty" Bagley, age 85, of Erie, died Monday, November 3, 2008. He was born in Indiana, PA on September 9, 1923, son of the late Walter and Roxie Bagley.

Shorty was employed in maintenance with the U.S. Postal Service prior to retirement. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, traveling with his wife and spending time with his great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Bagley. Survivors include his son, Robert Bagley and wife Sharon; one granddaughter, Machelle Lewis; and three great-grandsons, Robert, Brian and Dalton.

No calling hours will be observed. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road on Sunday at 1 p.m. Private interment, Lakeside Cemetery.
