Carol L. Dutton

Carol L. Dutton, 65, of Deering, New Hampshire and formerly of North East, passed away suddenly Thursday August 12, 2010 in Concord, NH. She was born on August 18, 1944 in Erie, PA a daughter of the late George I and Louise C. Steffen Dutton.

Carol graduated from Gettysburg College in 1966 then was employed as a linguist by U.S. Government working for the N.S.A for 20 years.

Carol is survived by her sister, Evelyn Stoddard and her husband John of Pittsfield, PA. four nephews, George, John, Jeff and James Stoddard and her step mother, Hertha Dutton of North East.

Friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 in North East Cemetery, (New Section) at 11 A.M. Her nephew, Pastor John Stoddard will officiate. A memorial service for Carol will be held at the Good Sheppard Lutheran Church in Peterborough, NH on Friday August 20, 2010 at 2 P.M. Rev. Kenneth Johnson will officiate. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St., North East, PA.
