Elizabeth E. (Betty) Campbell

Elizabeth E. (Betty) Campbell, 86, a lifelong resident of North East, PA passed away Thursday March 19, 2009 at the Conrad House at Brevillier Village, Harborcreek, PA. She was born on December 15, 1922 in North East, PA a daughter of the late John and Emma Schumacher Riefstahl.

Prior to her retirement in 1972 Betty had been employed as a clerk with the A & P store in North East for 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce P. Campbell in 1987, two brothers, George and John Riefstahl and two sisters, Alice E. Camp and Mildred Adams. Betty is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Marsh and her husband Gordon of Cincinnati, OH and Sandra Lutz and her husband Timothy of North East, PA and 4 grandchildren, Eric and Christopher Marsh and Ryan and Joshua Lutz. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St., North East, PA on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Private funeral services and burial in North East Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
